I read somewhere that aloe vera juice can cure many viral diseases and would like to try some. Is it safe to drink as its too bitter. Any known side effects?

And like many things you get what you pay for, and one word of warning aloe vera is toxic to cats

What brand of aloe vera gel did Dr. Oz use on his show or is safe for internal use?
I saw on the Dr. Oz show that aloe vera gel is safe to use for intestinal/bad breath issues, but I couldn’t tell which brand he used. Does anyone know the brand of aloe vera gel Dr. Oz used on his show or which brands I could use for this particular issue? Thanks!

the pure aloe gel of any aloe vera plant is pretty much safe for topical or oral use.
if you dont have an aloe plant, i’d suggest getting aloe from a health food store and make sure it’s for consumption bc for example, many aloe ‘gels’ are for beauty purposes only because they are mixed with fragrance & preservatives etc
GOOD LUCK 🙂

I am an African American woman. I plan on spraying my hair daily with aloe vera gel to moisturize my hair. I will add a tablespoon of glycerine to it. Is this okay?

Is it safe to use aloe vera for acne every day?

Is it safe to use aloe vera for acne every day?
I’ve heard about the benefits of aloe vera, and I’ve been using it on my face to try to help my skin heal faster.
I was wondering if there were any side effects, so I looked it up and apparently Aloe Latex can cause electrolyte loss, dehydration and possibly death.
Is Aloe Vera the same thing as Aloe Latex, and is it safe for daily use on your face?

I had to shave off a little of my dogs matted fur. I used clippers made for dogs, but it looks like either a little sunburn or a little irritation. He licks it once in a while, not a lot, but i was wondering if aloe vera would help. Or anything else you know of? thanks!

I know that most artists don t recommend products which contains aloe, but is it safe to eat and drink aloe yogurt or aloe juice after getting a brand new tattoo? Does what we consume in our bodies such as food and drinks have any effect on brand new tattoos?
Many thanks!

I’ve never heard of diet affecting a tattoo. As long as you’re applying the ointment, cream, etc that the artist recommended, you should be fine. I have to admit that I’ve never heard of aloe yogurt or juice before, but in my experience it’s most important what you apply directly to the tattoo.
