How much water should I give my aloe Vera?
It’s in a 8 inch pot. And it has a “wingspan ” of 16 inches. I’m not sure how much to water it. I know it should be water every couple weeks or so but how much water?

Also, is there a way to determine how old my aloe plant is? Thanks! 🙂

No way to determine the age however the soil should be a well drained soil full of fertilizer and when you water it do it untill the soil is “fluffy”

How much water for rosemary, lavender and aloe take?
I just moved into a house that has rosemary, lavender and aloe all in the same flower bed. Do they all take the same amount of water? How much do they need? Also a new lemon tree – how much water?

Best Suggestion

Answer by absolutlyfab1
The lemon tree, unless newly planted you should be able to leave alone unless you have drought conditions. In warm summer days in direct sunlight they probably require one watering a day, do so in the evening so the water doesn’t evaporate. I’ve never seen aloe in direct sunlight though and not out of a planter or container. Rosemary and lavender should be fine with one watering a day unless it rains. Keep in mind they need full sun.

How much should you water an Aloe Vera plant?
I bought an Aloe Vera plant from Home Depot about 3 weeks ago, i planted it in a pot and watered once a week. The leaves are turning black while others are green. How much should I be watering them and do you know why this might be happening

Best Suggestion

Answer by Eric the Fred
I only water mine lightly when the compost has almost completely dried out. Aloe vera is a succulent which has adapted to growing in arid conditions and retains moisture by a process known as crassulacean acid metabolism, CAM for short. It sounds very much as if you are overwatering!

How much is an average healthy baby Aloe Vera plant?
My Aloe Vera plants are producing way too many babies and I can’t handle them all, so I need to sell some of them.

Best Suggestion

Answer by Brent C
If they fit in a 2 inch pot then it is about 60 cents. 4 inch would be $ 3.50
a 6 inch pot would be $ 4.25 to 5 bucks.

It will also depend on how you are selling them, and your area. If your in Arizona you might not get 50 cents for the 4 inch pot. You can look in your local plant store and then charge 10% less then them.

How much pure aloe vera juice should I drink?
I purchased pure aloe vera juice from Trader Joe’s. It’s the kind that has no taste and is somewhat acidic. I’m scared I might drink too much.

How much is a safe amount to drink?

Best Suggestion

Answer by David Dietz
I can only assume that it is safe to drink all of it, otherwise the FDA would not allow the store to sell it. I know you can take too much vitamins but you should be safe on aloe vera. Why do you want to drink it in the first place?

My grandmother has a huge Aloe Vera Plant. I mean freakishly huge. She wants to sell it and is curious how much it can sell for.

A small one in a 3 inch pot at HD runs about $ 3. A huge one should go for much more. Or break the babies off and sell them.

How much aloe vera juice should I drink each day?
I just bought aloe vera juice as a dietary supplement and I was wondering how much I should drink each day. Any other dietary supplements that people suggest would be helpful too, thanks!

Best Suggestion

Answer by naturalhealth123
Are you taking it for any specific condition (e.g. constipation), or just for general wellness?

For constipation, I would recommend starting with 1/4 cup 2-3 times per day. You can adjust from there depending on how your body reacts.

As a wellness supplement, would recommend 2 Tbsp 1x/day.

There are many causes of boils:

– Ingrown hair
– A splinter or foreign material lodged in your skin
– Plug sweat glands that have become infected

As soon as possible, apply heat with hot soaks or hot packs. Heat increases your circulation and allows your body to fight off the infection with antibodies.

Natural medicines can help you heal quickly and safely without the risk of side effects commonly associated with pharmaceutical products or drugs.

I hope these tips help you clear your skin.
