I have an aloe plant in a pot and my husband noticed today a mold growing in it?
The mold is a lime green/yellowish colour. What may have caused this and what can I do to stop it. Do I need to changed all of the soil? Also is there a link to a website that give instructions on how to better care for my aloe plant?

Mold is caused by too much moisture and not enough air circulation. Scrape off the mold and sprinkle some cinnamon on the top soil. It will help to stop it from coming back.
