Is aloe vera gel a good alternative to using moisturizing lotions?
I am wondering if I should use aloe vera gel instead of all these moisturizing lotions…is aloe vera gel healthier for your skin?

How to Make Aloe Vera Juice as a Moisturizing Spray for Natural Hair What you will need: 1. Fresh Aloe Vera leaf 2. 1/4 to 1/3 cup of lemon juice 3. Sharp knife 4. Spoon 5. Strainer 6. Blender 7.
