I have given my cats fractionally distilled liquid from aloe vera leaves, at an infant dosage, two teaspoons per day, mixed in their water occasionally. How much aloe is toxic and is any amount ever healing like it is for humans?

just be on the safe side and don’t use any aloe on your cats. find other medicines to help.

RE: How do I get my cats to stop eating my Aloe plants?
I like to set my plants outside to get fresh air and every time I do this my cats eat the Aloe plants.

A friend told me of a spray, but she can’t remember the name of it, to make the cats stop eating your plants. Has anyone ever heard of this and if you have what is the name of it?

I don’t know of a spray but sprinkling potent herbs on the soil, around the edges of the pot has worked for me. Cheyenne, etc.

Aloevera has natural toxicities in it and it could cause your kittens to be sick and if at a young age maybe even death my friend asked the vet once and he confirmed it so yeah…

Better safe than sorry.
