how do you take care of an aloe plant from the cold?
..got a large (was at least 24″ in diameter) aloe plant.. accidentally, left it out in the cold (29 degrees F). it’s super mushy.. not strong, like in the summer-time. how pitiful! what can i do?

Answer by fluffernut
It may be a goner. 29 is pushing the envelope…….and remember that wasn’t the exact temperature on the plant…….temps vary around the yard and at various heights.

All you can do now is let the plant decide what it wants to do. Don’t over water, of course, but give it the proper light and temperatures, NO fertilizer. They can bounce back.
